    南京狮王府的“野菜”“狮子头”

    南京一大怪,不爱荤菜爱野菜. 我们在湖南路的狮王府点了2道野菜,名字好象叫“荠菜”和“马兰头”。这2种野菜的味道有点怪,颜色是青绿的,吃过没有太多的感觉。

    其他菜式里味道最好的还是要数扬州名菜 狮子头 :肥七瘦三的猪肋条肉剁成石榴粒状的肉丸子,丸子里的肥肉半溶半化,瘦肉相对凸起,给人一种毛毛糙糙“狮子头”的感觉。我们点了一粒装的狮子头,只见橙子大小的肉丸浮在飘有绿色蔬菜的汤锅里,鲜嫩欲滴,咬将下去入口即化、肥而不腻。

    狮王府给人印象最深的是门口迎宾的 “燕尾服” 先生。我们去的那天,正好有2帮人同时在摆喜宴和生日酒,照广东人的想法里面肯定是坐无虚席的了?推门进去想试探一下有没有座位,只见3位高大的中年绅士身着燕尾服毕恭毕敬地候在那里,心想一定是婚宴主人家的安排,便绕了个圈直奔旁边埋头写案的女咨客。没想到,她指了指燕尾服,说请他们带我们到楼上找座。呵呵~这次来南京算是当了一次乡下人了

    最欣赏狮王府的还是正对着大门的阶梯形“雅座”,富丽堂皇的厅顶、曼妙的鲜花装饰、优雅的浪漫气氛跟法国红磨房的环境非常相似,加上彬彬有礼的“燕尾服”门前侍候,从气势上已经胜人一筹。二楼包厢就显得一般,“燕尾服”们到了二楼步履变得轻匆,少了静立时的那份尊贵和镇定。狮王府的气势很牛,如果不打肿脸充胖子,价钱应该还算过得去。
