    说说南京的“回味”鸭血粉丝汤

    “回味”鸭血粉丝汤,卖相朴素、汤清味美。汤里夹杂了鸭肠、鸭心、鸭肝、鸭血、粉丝和香菜,让人吃了返陈味(广东话回味无穷的意思)。汤料里我喜欢的是鸭肠和鸭肝,鸭肠切成一小截一小截,白白嫩嫩的沉在汤底,打捞上来小口小口的吃,清脆爽口;粉丝们晶莹剔透,咬一口细软润滑,搞不清是什么做的?(我猜可能是绿豆粉吧);鸭肝的味道也要大赞特赞,回味的鸭肝泡在汤里居然一点腥味也没有,咬起来醇香四溢细细硬硬的,很有嚼劲,呵呵~我居然吃出了牛油的味道。临上飞机前,我们四个馋猫又在湖南路啃了一碗,三位同行的MM一口气把碗喝了个底朝天,哈哈~~全被我的镜头逮住了,为了不影响她们的光辉形象暂时就不传图片了。吐舌
    备注:鸭血汤6元,如需加料(鸭肠、鸭心或鸭肝)另掏2.5元,大街小巷均有分店,全是一个味。老字号“金陵”口味一般,料多汤少,粉浊,口味偏咸。
